Getting out of bed is not always easy. Sometimes, if we know what the day has in store for us, we would like to continue sleeping until the storm passes.
But everyone, however, says that we should wake up full of energy and ready to eat for the day. Everyone believes that the best way to live life is to awaken motivation and the hunger to assume what life has in store for us.
But the truth is, life sometimes throws shit at us with such consistency that we start to feel worn out. As if we had to keep sleeping until one day, by chance, we woke up feeling happy and full of energy.
Maybe the goal is to actually live life as the Duracell bunny, find the motivation and the will to keep going and keep moving.
But why?We understand that to have a better future we have to be those who know what they want and create that future.
But for some reason we're not going after him. We tell ourselves that we just need a little more rest. Just a couple more hours of sleep before we're ready. And yet we are never ready. Mental exhaustion many times - if not all - manifests itself in the physical. It is not that your body is tired, it is that your mind is exhausted and it is telling your body that you are tired.
There is really only one good theory why we refuse to move forward: We are afraid of what the future has in store for us.
We are afraid that we will not get things done and that once again we will fail. We are tired because we are afraid of our future. And we are afraid of the future because we are afraid of reliving our past.
You have lost faith in yourself
It is totally understandable that you are afraid of repeating your past mistakes. Even if you have learned from your mistakes, you are still a little afraid that life will put you back in that situation.
It is amazing how many problems we face, and all, although a little different, are still basically the same.
We got a new job only to start hating it. We fall in love just to break our hearts - again. We keep repeating our habits because they comfort us, and eIt's that comfort that makes it harder to push ourselves out of that comfort zone.
However, when life makes us uncomfortable, we feel as if we need that extra comfort. But the worst part is that we fear that we won't be able to push ourselves out of the rut that extra-comfort puts us into.
We fear that this may be the life that we will have to accept as our own.
Well then, let's get out of it. Because the more you live a life that you don't particularly care about living, the more difficult it becomes to pull yourself up and push yourself into the next chapter of your life.
You are not alone in how you feel, but you are alone when it comes to getting yourself out of this slump. No one is going to get you out of here except you. You are your own problem. And your current way of thinking is what is making your progress so difficult.
You are afraid because the reality that you have created for yourself will not allow you to be happy
Some ways of seeing and interpreting the world condemn you to misery. There are some ways of living life that will never allow you to be happy because happiness itself is not part of that reality.
The only way to live a better life is to see the world in a better light. Have hope. Believe in yourself and your abilities. Believing that things will turn out well, while refusing to give up.
If you change the way you see the world, your past will not be repeated in your future.So change it. Look at her. Focus on her. And do it.
When you finally get it, you will not even want to sleep because you will be afraid of missing everything that the day has to offer.
