Tapas and aperitifs contest

Tapas are the soul of our country, to such an extent that Jöel Robuchon was inspired by our tapas bars to recreate his famous L’Atellier. Chronicles from the best of gastronomy was backstage watching chefs from all over Spain prepare their recipes for the chosen jury to choose the best.

From Crónicas from the best of gastronomy we follow in particular Lorena de La Guagua Tapas restaurant. Lorena, devoted to her kitchen, prepared a particular tapa that caught our attention: bacon ravioli stuffed with goat cheese with cranberry jelly vinaigrette and crispy fucila. We found it amazing and with an exquisite presentation:
