Remember these 10 things when you think you are not good enough

Sometimes the hardest part of the journey is simply believing that you are worth it.

Let's be honest, I am sometimes a victim of my own thinking too. I make a mistake or I fall away from my expectations and instead of considering it as learning I crush myself for it. We have all been there. We have all had bad days and moments of doubt.
Sometimes the pressure comes from colleagues, family, work or simply society is enough to make us feel broken inside. If we don't have a “right” job, a relationship, a lifestyle, or achievements at a certain age, we simply believe that we are nobody.

What can we do about it?

What I do:Every time I find myself thinking I'm not good enough, I immediately write an opposite thought that debunks my negativity.
I have been doing this for almost 3 years now and it has made a huge difference in my life. I challenge you to do the same.And also, if you need an extra push, here are 10 good reminders:

1. Nobody is doing it better than you because nobody can do it better than you

YOU are walking your own path. Do not compare yourself with other people or their circumstances. Forget what they do or achieve. Your life is not about that.

Your life tries to break your own limits and surpass yourself to live YOUR best version.

2. Where are you now is a necessary step

Sometimes we avoid experimenting where we are because we have developed a belief that that is not where we want to be. But the The truth is that where you are at this precise moment is exactly where you have to be To get where you want to go tomorrow

3. Everything is coming together ... maybe not immediately, but gradually

All suffering has a meaning. Get over what hurt you, but never forget what it taught you. Pain is part of growth.

Remember that there are 2 types of pain: the one that hurts you and the one that changes you. When it comes to life, instead of resisting it, let both of them help you grow.

4. Every day you have a choice: practice stress or practice peace

Choose to be miserable and you will find plenty of reasons to feel sad. Choose to be peaceful and you will find plenty of reasons to be at peace. Are you an expert in making yourself miserable?Well, with those same skills and energy you can make yourself a motivated, effective and full person. Test it.

5. Failures are just lessons to be learned

No day is wasted if you live with purpose and presence. Value and enjoy the ride, even when there are detours along the way.

6. What “could happen” can only disappear if you allow it

Instead of worrying about what might happen, use your energy and intelligence to deal with what really does happen.

7. What you are capable of achieving is largely based on how much you want it.

Success is neither magical nor mysterious. It is the natural result of the constant application of your focused effort to what you want. Fatigue and tiredness may be there, but you must understand that Putting it aside is an important factor in your success.

8. Your best bet is not to give yourself any other option

It's amazing what you can do when you have no other choice. Stop reasoning. Stop worrying. Do not complain. You know what you have to do. Just do it.

9. For all you've lost, you've gained something else

Appreciate what you have today. Life does not have to be perfect or wonderful. No regrets, just lessons. No worries, just acceptance. No expectations, just gratitude.

Life is too short. And yours has many chapters. A bad chapter does not mean a bad ending. So stop rereading it and turn the page.

10. You have made the best of some difficult situations

Smiling does not always mean that you are happy with everything. Sometimes it just means that you are strong and smart enough to accept adversity. and get the best out of them.

The wisest, most appreciative, and caring people you'll ever meet are probably the ones who have known the misery, defeat, and heartbreak of losing something or someone they love and still have found a way out of the depths of their own despair.
